Mr. K. N. Rahman, founder Secretary of El-Bethel School in 2005 wanted to make this campus of school an ideal educational complex. Since then he had been preparing, organising and gathering galaxy of learned people for suggesting the path to reach his goal with the advice of these learned people and the mental support of the people of the locality he wanted to establish a teacher’s training college for rural and social development. Finally he was successful to start El-Bethel College in 2008, a Teacher’s Training College. The people of the locality are satisfied with the establishment. The B.Ed. College recognized by NCTE and affiliated to Calcutta University, now under WB. There were 100 students previously now there are 50 students with one unit. The result of the students are very satisfactory. The trainees of the College are successful in getting services to Secondary schools and colleges.
